We are currently looking to recruit an experienced commercial/sales manager for our advertising business. This role is selling advertising and other marketing solutions across the current company partner portfolio, with the main focus on sportsbooks. Additionally the role will be coordinating various business partners, publisher and rights holders. You will need to build up and use your personal and our company network to advertising partners to monetize all our digital rights in Europe. Travel is a key part of this role, regular trips around Europe but also potentially to other continents.

  • Lead, establish and optimize the business development for ad:s in the Eastern European marketFull revenue responsibilityfor the Eastern Europe Market
  • Independent sales activities for various marketing solutions (digital traffic, programmatic advertising, consulting services) to sportsbooks and potentially other industries
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Presenting and pitching advertising opportunities in front of potential customers worldwide
  • Negotiation of new deals with international customers
  • Support for and upselling of existing customers
  • Integration, optimization and controlling of various campaigns (online & offline)
  • Development of attractive offers for all our digital rights
  • Market-Monitoring and identification of trends
  • Sticking to internal reporting structures for sales KPIs
  • Support the product teams to optimize the products from a sales perspective

  • Previous sales experience /network in the sports betting industry is essential
  • Highly sales driven personality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English, additional languages is of advantage
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising-faced business models (Programmatic,Affiliate, Direct Booking)
  • Understanding of the sports betting eco-system
  • International network to advertising partners mainly in the sports betting industry
  • Passionate about sports
